The IIS Technical Services team is staffed with Technical Support Engineers, Field Systems Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts. The IIS Technical Services team brings extensive technical certifications, including Windows MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft SQL, SharePoint and Exchange. Of course, our technical services team has also completed extensive training in every one of products we offer, with specific expertise in many of the market’s leading fax solutions including Biscom FAXCOM, etherFAX™, FaxCore, Retarus, RightFax, stratafaxand more.

IIS Support Plans

The IIS Technical Support team delivers an unparalleled level of support including 24×7 support, on-site assistance, Live Support, and average hold-times under 2 minutes. Plus, when you call IIS Technical Support, you can be sure your call will be answered by an experienced technician ready to help. No triage. No callbacks. Just answers. 
 

The Premier Support Plan is designed for customers who can address server maintenance and potential technical support issues during regular business hours. It provides support for your complete Instant InfoSystems solution (excluding those products not supported by Instant InfoSystems). This plan provides access to unlimited support (per server) during standard business hours.

  • Number of incidents: Unlimited
  • Hours of coverage: Monday – Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) (excluding holidays)
  • Number of servers covered on one plan: Unlimited
  • Number of customer contacts: 2
  • Plan duration: 1 year, 2 years, 3 years or 5 years
  • Board replacement: Available
  • Remote Access: Available for advanced troubleshooting
  • Options: On-site or Remote

The Premier Plus Support plan is geared toward customers who have mission-critical applications. This plan provides you with the ability to handle server maintenance or potential support issues outside of regular business hours. This Premier Support plan is a comprehensive per-server plan that provides you with 7x24x365 support on your Instant InfoSystems solution (excluding those products not supported by Instant InfoSystems).

  • Number of incidents: Unlimited
  • Hours of coverage: Monday to Sunday, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
  • Number of servers covered on one plan: Unlimited
  • Number of customer contacts: 6
  • Plan duration: 1 year, 2 years, 3 years or 5 years
  • Board replacement: Available
  • Remote Access: Available for advanced troubleshooting
  • Options: On-site or Remote
