A Letter to our Customers from David Klein, CEO
December 20, 2019
With the holidays upon us, it is the perfect time to tell you how much we value our relationship with you and your organization, and to thank you for your continued business and partnership. It’s hard to believe we are wrapping up not just another year, but another decade. It doesn’t seem like 20 years have gone by since we were bracing for Y2K and wondering what effect that would have on the technology we relied upon for so many aspects of our lives.
Since then, the technology innovations have been incredible – smart phones, tablets, cloud computing, streaming entertainment services, online shopping, Bluetooth, virtual assistants, and social media, just to name a few. These are innovations we could not imagine 20 years ago, and yet they are so pervasive in our everyday life it is hard to imagine what we did before they existed.
Remarkably, one technology that has stood the test of time is fax. Twenty-five years ago, we were helping companies implement fax-on-demand literature libraries using POTS lines. Today, we are helping our customers manage mission critical fax applications in every market sector including healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and government – and we are helping nearly all of our customers migrate these fax applications to the cloud.
What’s in store for the future? For us, we are excited to leverage our cloud expertise to improve all areas of your organization including network infrastructures, communications, and most importantly, the customer experience. What about you? If your 2020 initiatives include technologies such as CCaaS, UCaaS, SD-WAN, and/or an upgrade to your existing fax environment, we’d love to support you in those projects and make those deployments as easy and seamless as possible.
We’ve recently launched an all-new website to provide more comprehensive information on the full spectrum of cloud solutions and services we provide. If you have a minute, check it out to learn more.
From all of us at Instant InfoSystems, we wish you and your families a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year.
Sincerely,
David Klein, CEO
