Dialogic has announced the dates for the discontinuation of all current models of the Dialogic 4000 Media Gateway Series. This announcement affects all RightFax™ environments using DMG4000 Gateways. Dialogic has also announced dates for the discontinued Support Plans and additional parts related to the DMG4000 Gateways.

  •   Orders are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable After: October 31, 2014
  •   Last Date to Purchase Support Plans for Discontinued Products:
  •   Last Date to Purchase 1 Year VPUPs: March 31, 2016
  •   Last Date to Purchase 1 Year SPUPs: March 31, 2016
  •   Last Date to Purchase 1 Year PPUPs: March 31, 2016

End of Support Dates for Discontinued Hardware:

  •   End of Software Support Date for Discontinued Hardware: March 31, 2016
  •   End of Technical Service Support Date for Discontinued Hardware: March 31, 2016
  •   End of Repair Date for Discontinued Hardware: March 31, 2017
  •   End of Hardware Warranty March 31, 2017
