Thank you [Michael] for reviewing the DocTransport debug log file and RightFax event viewer log with me two days ago. You are right – the issue was with our Cisco Gateway! It turns out that our Telecom group moved the T1 line that our RightFax server is using a few days ago and they forgot to update the clock source for that T1 line. Once they fixed that, our fax transmission errors went down – dramatically! I really appreciate your assistance on this support case – made a big difference!
