Live Remote Assistance

Instant InfoSystems provides a remote-assistance tool to expedite the resolution of issues for its customers under a valid support agreement. This tool will allow a member of our support team to view your desktop/server and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.

 

How to Get Support:
A member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem. If you are not in contact with a support representative, please call into Tech Support at (310)750-7209.

Step 1:
Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed back to this page to initiate the screen-sharing session. Click on the link below and you will be asked to input your name and support key. Our support team will be able to tell you what the support key is.

GotoAssist

Step 2:
If you have not used GotoAssist before, you are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.

Step 3:
With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Step 4:
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
